URAGAAN (aka JAY LENO)
Concept: Ah, Uragaan. What a big chin you have. But although that Jaw of Justice is a central part of Uragaan’s fighting style, it’s not the core concept. Uragaan was meant to replace Gravios as a heavily-armored volcanic boss. Only thing is, Uragaan probably does the job even better than Gravios, which we’ll see as we dig deeper. 7/10
